No. 11.- "1- <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIClmlENT <br />.il: OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 71-1 <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 71-1 as <br /> <br />last finally adopteCl on November 8, 1971, was filed and certified to <br />the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9, 1971 for the <br />purpose of incluCling installments thereof to be collected along with <br /> <br />real estate taxes commencing in 1972: and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed <br /> <br /> <br />by previous property owners: and <br />
