<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW ELECTION PRECINCTS IN <br />THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Council to <br />establish new election precincts in certain areas of the <br />Village of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of Arden Hills as follows: <br /> <br />PRECINCT BOUNDRIES <br />~eclnct no. ~ boundries shall remain unchanged, Precinct <br />No. 1 boundries shall be changed as listed below, and new <br />Precinct No, 3 shall be established, all in accordance <br />with the following legal descriptions: <br /> <br />Precinct NO.1 All that portion of the Village <br />south of S.T.H. 96 except that portion of the <br />Village lying south of the MinneapOlis St. Paul SIt <br />Ste Marie RR west of Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Precinct No.2 All that portion of the Village <br />lying south of the Minneapolis St, Paul Sault Ste <br />Marie RR west of Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Precinct NOt ~ All that portion of the Village <br />north of S. . , 96. <br /> <br />POLLING PLACES DESIGNATED <br />The polling places for Arden Hills precincts shall be <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Precinct No.1 Village Hall <br /> <br />1450 W. Highway 96 <br /> <br />Precinct No, 2 <br /> <br />Lake Johanna Elem. School <br />3120 Lake JOhanna Blvd. <br /> <br />PreCinct NO.3 Village Hall <br /> <br />1450 W.
