<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 12-29 <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO APPLY FOR CON- <br />VEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LANDS <br />TO THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, <br />FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the below described lands are tax forfeited and <br /> <br /> <br />therefor available to the Village for certain public purposes, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council believes that said land is desirous <br /> <br />for public purposes, and, therefore, desires to acquire said land <br /> <br />for said public purposes, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />The Mayor and the Clerk Administrator are hereby <br /> <br />authorized to submit an application under Minnesota Statutes 282,01, <br /> <br />Sub.
