<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 72-28 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County <br /> <br />by resolution dated August 30, 1971, classified as nonconserva- <br />. tioD land, certain land lying within the limits of the Village <br /> <br />of Arden Hi lis, Code No. 25-0380-140-05. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution <br /> <br />together with a list of the land classified has been submitted <br /> <br />for approval of the classification of the land classified in ac- <br /> <br />cordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub.
