'1.3 <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING TO <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No.1, as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 19pO, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> <br />on October 26, 1960, for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />. thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1961; and <br />
