Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the V1l1age Council of the Village of Arden H1Us Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden dills, Minnesota was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 22nd day of ~~y, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. '!be following members were present: M!lyor Crepeau and Councilmen Q1men, Ibllenhorst, H5lnderson. and H5lrrickf and the following were absent: None CounCilman Herrick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: :Resolution No. .1:J..-:z.~ - RESOLUTIOi'l APPROVING EHGINEERS PRELIM- INARY REPORl' AND PROVIDD1G FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMEiiT NO. 72-3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden. 8111s as follows: . 1. By resolution adopted April 10, 1972, the Council has directed Banister, Short, ELliott, Bendrickson & Associates to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting of the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances on James Circle, Norma Circle, and Gale CirCle, and also the installation of bituminous re-surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances on Floral Drive. Banister, Short. Elliott, Hmdrickson & Associates was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk Administrator. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is desig- nated as street Dnprovernent SO" 72-3.
