<br />". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON STREET IMPROVEMEL'lT NO. 72-3 <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall, 1450 ~st <br />Highway 96, in said village, on the 26th day of June, 1972, at <br />8:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Street Improvement <br />No. 72-3 consisting of the installation of bituminous surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances on <br />James Circle, Norma Circle, and Gale Circle, and also the installa- <br />tion of bituminous re-surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm <br />sewer and necessary appurtenances on Floral Drive.
