The Village Clerk Administrator shall prepare ana cause <br />to be insertea in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />ana in the Construction Bulletin, an aavertisEllllent for bids <br />upon the making of such approve a plans and specifications. <br />The aavertisement for Water Improvement No. 72-1 shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall call for bias upon the basis of a cash payment for such <br />work. shall state that the bias will be opened and considered <br />by the Clerk Administrator ana Village Consulting Engineer at <br />II a.m. o'clock __me on May 5 ,1972, in the Village <br />Hall, that no bias will be consiaered unless sealea ana filed <br />with the Clerk Administrator ana accompanied by a cash aeposit, <br />certified check or bid bona payable to the Clerk Administrator <br />for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly secondea by Councilman Henderson <br /> <br />ana, upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: JillA j~S€lM <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was aeclared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />. <br />
