<br />,< <br /> <br />< <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EKtract of ~linutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Aroen Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to oue call ana notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, lfdnnesota, was <br />ouly helo at the Village Hall in said village on l'.bnday, the 10th <br />day of April, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />'!he following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, ana <br />Councilmen Hol1enhorst, Olmen, and Hendersonr and the fOllowing <br />was absent: Councilman Herrick <br />Councilman Olmen introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1:J.-ICj <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposeo to improve James Circle, Norma c.t.rcle, <br />and Gale Circle by the installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete, <br />curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and also <br />Floral Drive by the installation of bituminous re-surfacing, concrete <br />curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and to <br />aSSess the benefiteo property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats., Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 <br />(Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended), <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COm-JCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br /> <br />OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />'!hat the proposed improvement be referred to Banister, Short, <br />Elliott, H=nOrickson and Associates for study and that they are <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, ad- <br />vising the Council in a preU.minary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />. <br />
