NO. 151 RE FEES ON <br />SIGN LICENSES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Council of Arden Hills that an <br />inadvertent error occurred in Ordinance No.151 as published to <br /> <br />the effect that the fee for licensing signs and billboards in <br />Section 1 thereof should have provided that signs and billboards <br /> <br />from 101 to 400 sq. feet in area should have carried a license <br /> <br />fee of $2.00 per 100 sq. ft. at such range with an additional <br />license fee over 400 sq. ft. in area of $2.50 per 100 sq. ft., <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance No. 151 as published did not so <br /> <br />provide, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, other amendments of said Ordinance are now being <br /> <br />considered by the Council and a revision will soon be enacted in <br /> <br />ordinance form, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Administrator is authorized to accept license <br />fees for signs and billboards on the corrected basis herein stated, <br /> <br />until further action by the Council. <br />Dated this 28th day of February, 1~72. <br /> <br />Passed this 28 day of February 1972.. <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />l~o5f:5;r <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator <br />
