The preliminary report and cost estimate have <br />been submitted by the engineers and considered by the COuncil <br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in <br />the office of the Village Clerk Administrator. The improve- <br />ment proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in <br />the report is designated as Water Dnprovement No. 72-1. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Village Hall, 1450 <br />t~st Highway 96, in said village, on February 28, 1972, at 8:00 <br />o'clock p.m., for the purpose of holding a public hearing on <br />the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator <br />is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, <br />place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the <br />official newspaper, New Brighton Bulletin, which publications <br />shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not <br />less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
