<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Ball, 1450 west <br />Highway 96, in said village, on the 28th day of February, 1972, <br />at 8:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. as amended, on proposed water <br />Improvement No. 72-1 consisting of the rerouting of 12" watermain <br />northerly along Eamline Avenue to S.T.H. 96, thence westerly on <br />S. T. H. 96 to connect to a proposed 12 II watermain on Snelling <br />Avenue: the extension of a 12" watermain from the elevated tank <br />on Fernwood Street to Eamline Avenue: and the extension of an 8" <br />watermain easterly on Amble Road from Hamline Avenue and all <br />necessary appurtenances.
