Henderson, Olmen and Herrick <br />and the folloving were absent: None. <br />CoQncl1man Olmen introducea and moved the adoption of the <br />folloving resolution: <br /> <br />:Reso111tion No.1 ~- J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEOUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the rerouting of 12" <br />watemain northerly along Ham1ine Avenue to S.T.B. 96, thence <br /> <br />westerly on S.T.B.96 to connect to a proposed 12" watemain on <br /> <br /> <br />Snelling Avenue; the extension of a 12" vatemain from the elevated <br /> <br />tank on Fernwood street to Hamline Avenue; and the extension of an <br /> <br />S" watemain easterly on Amble Road from Hamline Avenue and all <br /> <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances. filed with the COuncil on January 10, 1972, <br /> <br /> <br />is hereby aec1ared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Sec. 429.035. <br />
