<br /> <br />- <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.iJ-63 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RE NORTHWEST RAMSEY COUNTY IN-SERVICE POLICE TRAINING <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Vii lage Council of the Village of Arden Hil Is is the <br />gaverning body of the Village of Arden Hills, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Vii lage Counci I of the Village of Arden Hills desires <br />to submit to the State of Minnesota, Governor's Commission on Crime <br />Prevention and Control, an application for participation in a grant <br />for Federal assistance, through the Law Enforcement and Assistance <br />Administration and under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets <br />Act of 1968, in a program developed by the Village of Roseville to <br />be known as the Northwest Ramsey County In-Service Training Program. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be IT Resolved by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Arden Hil Is in Regular Meeting Assembled, hereby direct and author- <br />I ze Lt. Patrick Sexton, Pol ice Department. to support and assure the <br />participation of all pol ice officers on the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis <br />Police Department in the proposed training program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was intro- <br />duced by Member Hol lenhorst and moved for adoption. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption was duly seconded by Member Herrick and, <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the fol lowing voted In favor: <br /> <br />Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson Herrick <br /> <br />and the following against: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Adopted this 16 day of December, <br /> <br />1971.
