<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />the office of the village Clerk Administrator, is approved, and <br />the Clerk Administrator is directed to publish and mail notice <br />that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment <br />on November 8, 1971, at the Village Hall in the Village of Arden <br />Hills, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The notice shall state the date, <br />time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improve- <br />ment, the area proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assess- <br />ment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, and that <br />written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be <br />considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of <br />the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of <br />each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two <br />weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such <br />mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such <br />as of OCtober 8, 1971, on the records of the County Treasurer. <br />Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records <br />(other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on <br />a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such <br />mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that the County <br />Treasurer include his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Hollenhorst, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
