IMPRuy~ .0. 16 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for a...1tary a.u DIpJ:ov....t: <br />80. 16 of the Village of Arden Hills, in tlie area described <br />in the legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the <br />contract price for such improvement is $ 11,080.25 and the <br />other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 2.274.31 so that the total cost of <br />the improvement will be $ 13,354.56 and of this cost the <br />Village will pay $ 0 as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $ 13,354.56. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk Administrator, together with the <br />assistance of the Village consulting engineer and Fiscal <br />Consultant, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount bo <br /> <br />. <br />
