<br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />ResolutIon No. 71-35 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of ~eeting <br />of the Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of ~~nnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br /> <br />l~nnesota, was duly held in the Village Ball at 1450 west Highway <br /> <br />96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />1971 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />13th <br /> <br />day of September, <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Counci Iman <br />Olmen, Hoi lenhorst, Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Herrick <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED WATER <br />IMPROVElIJENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated water Dnprovements <br /> <br /> <br />Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed and <br /> <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on October 28, 1970 <br /> <br /> <br />for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected <br /> <br />along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971: and <br /> <br />( <br />
