<br />~ <br />" <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />;;; <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11-~b <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO RAMSEY COUNTY <br />OPEN SPACE SYSTEM <br /> <br /> <br />the <br />St. <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners has adopted <br />Ramsey County Open Space System as prepared by the City of <br />Paul's Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings; <br /> <br />with <br />Open <br /> <br />WHEREAS the VI liege Councl I of Arden HI I Is Is In agreement <br />the principles and policies expressed In the Ramsey County <br />Space System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Ramsey County Open Space System Is In general <br />agreement with the adopted Arden HII Is Comprehensive Development <br />Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Arden Hills Parks and Recreation Committee and <br />the Arden HI lis Planning Commission have recommended that the <br />Village Council of Arden Hills participate In the Ramsey County <br />Open Space System; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be It resolved that the Village Council of <br />Arden Hills expresses Its desire that the Ramsey County Board <br />of Commissioners continue Its effort to preserve and maintain <br />the nature envIronment through the Ramsey County Open Space System <br />In the VIllage of Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />FURTHER be It resolved that the Ramsey ~o~ty Board of <br />Commissioners expand the Ramsey County Open5Sifstem to Include all <br />of the area outlined on the accompanying map; <br /> <br />FURTHER be It resolved that the Village Council of Arden HII Is <br />encourages the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners to acquire and <br />maintain al I or part of the outlined lands shown on the attached <br />map which are not urbanized, as defined In the Ramsey County Open <br />Space System as part of the System, but subJect to final approval <br />by the Council on specific acquIsitions. <br /> <br />Passed by the CouncIl this 12 day <br /> <br />of JZ~ /'7J?77} I' <br />/t~' /1;, /, I;" ! /"" ~.,,'!~ <br />, i~-'i',1,.-r.</j, / ~>"<<,,.:?-\../.:.,> ~-' ,~~-"'--~_J <br />'-~ /.
