St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 10 <br /> <br />day of May. 1971 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilman Olmen, Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Counci Iman Ho!lenhorst <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />He n de rson <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED ~m.TER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water <br /> <br />Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 63-3 as adopted on September 28, <br /> <br />-' <br /> <br />1970, was filed and certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County, on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including <br /> <br />-. <br />
