<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~6 <br />RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT REFOR~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, property tax Imposition throuQhout the State <br />of Minnesota and In Ramsey County In particular has been disparate <br /> <br />because the valuation of real property for tax purposes Is In a <br /> <br />Qreat many cases unequal, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the continued existence and possibility of such <br /> <br />uneaual assessment has caused the Vllla~e of Arden Hills, ~Innesota, <br /> <br />to conclude that It may be paying 8 disproportionately hlQh burden <br /> <br />of the county levy; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the Villape of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, that the Village of Arden Hi lis, ~Innesota, Is In favor <br /> <br />of property tax assessment reform as recommended by the Ramsey <br /> <br />County league of ~unlclpalltles.
