~ STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS RESOLUTION NO. 71-15 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON 14TH STREET NE STREET IMPROVEMENT AND PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING .e WHEREAS, it Is proposed to impr6ve that portion of the the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis lying generally along 14th Street NE in the vicinity of the Minneapol is Hide and Tallow Company by the construction of a road reconstruction project, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the Improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Vi Ilage Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis, Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engin- eering Company for study and that they are instructed to report to the Counci I with all conven"'ent speed, advising the Councl I in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement Is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the Improve- ment as recommended. BE IT RESOLVED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis as follows: I. The Counci I shall meet at the Vi II age Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, In said Village on May 10, 1971 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed Improve- ment under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, New Birghton Bulletin, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall not be less than three days before the date of the hearl ng.
