'HI. .'.rra ell <br />and the following were absent: "Ill". <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />.... a."h...r.t <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and IIlOved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CCfiSOLIDA'l'ED SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Villaqe of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on september 28, <br /> <br />1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />county, on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate <br /> <br />taxes commencing in 1971; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and <br /> <br />reassessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br /> <br />Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at Which time <br /> <br />L <br />
