<br />:{ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />At a duly authorIzed meetIng of the Vi II age CouncIl of Arden Hi lis, <br />MInnesota, held on Monday, ~h: :1, 8, 1971, the following resolutIon <br />was moved and adopted: ~~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans, dated February 8, 1971, for SnellIng Avenue, <br /> <br />between Arden Place and County Road F, State Aid Project No. 62-676-01 C.T.B. <br /> <br />showing proposed alIgnment, profIles, grades and cross sectIons for the <br />improvement of County-State Aid Highway ~ wIthin the lImIts of the <br /> <br />Vi I lage as a State Aid Project have been prepared by Ramsey County and <br /> <br />presented to the VIllage of Arden HIlls; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: that said plans, be In all <br /> <br />thIngs approved wIth the fol lowIng exceptIons: <br /> <br />I. The County construct a chaIn-link fence to protect the <br />playground area on the southeast corner of Snel lIng <br />and County Road E. <br /> <br />2.
