<br />.....' <br />'.. <br /> <br />~'- ~ <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-7 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />'~ESOLUT ION <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the Vi Ilage Councl I of the VI I lage of Arden HIlls <br />duly held on the 1st day of February, 1971, the following Resolution was <br /> <br />offered by Counci Iman ~ <br /> <br /> <br />~.......::t ; to 'II it: <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Ramseu County Engineer has prepared a plan of Lexington <br /> <br /> <br />.~Avenue from County Roaa E northward to Interstate 694, and <br /> <br />; seconded by Counci Iman <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, This plan shOWS the future Lexington Avenue as being a four-lane <br /> <br />divided roadway with openings In the median only at Grey Fox Road and <br /> <br />Red Fox Road, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The County Board has adopted a pol icy whereby no major recon- <br /> <br />struction is undertaken unti I all the vi Ilage uti I ities are consTructed, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council of Arden Hills <br /> <br />does hereby approve the plan as submitted by the County Engineer's OffiCe <br /> <br />relative to the four-lane divided roadway on Lexington Avenue .lth the <br /> <br />understanding that prIor to construction, the Village wIll have the <br /> <br />right of approval of final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />Upon the call of the roll the following Counci Imen voted In favor of <br />the Resolutlon:~~......v,.
