<br />r r"'- <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-44 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1975 FIRE PROTECTION <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING EXECU- <br />TION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, <br />Inc. has In the past provided volunteer fire protection services <br />for the V i II age of Arden Hills and has the capab ili ty to cont I nue <br />the performance of such services In the future, and <br /> <br />, WHEREAS, the present Agreement between Lake Johanna <br />Volunteer Fire Department, Inc, and the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis <br />expires at 12:00 o'clock midnight on December 31, 1974, and <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, <br />Inc, has submitted to the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis, <br />for Its approval, a Fire Protection Service Agreement for the <br />calendar year of 1975, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, <br />Inc. has Indicated its wi II ingness to comply with the following: <br /> <br />I. Submit quarterly expense statements to the Vii lages <br /> <br />2, Submit list of expenses incurred in expansion of Station <br />No, 2 to the Villages, future plans for bui Iding expan- <br />sion to be submitted for approval by Vi Ilages prior to <br />expenditures <br />3. Submit annual statement of Firemen's Benefit Association <br />Fund <br />4.' Placement of equipment expansion, replacement and depre- <br />ciation monies In a separate fund, <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Counci I <br />of the V il I age of Arden H ills that the Fire Protect i on Serv i ce <br />Agreement by and between the Vi I lage of Arden Hil Is and the Lake <br />Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., dated and to be effec- <br />tive as of the 1st day of January, 1975, be and it hereby Is <br />approved in al I respects, and the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator <br />be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute the <br />same on beha I f of the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi II s, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator <br />be and she hereby is authorized and directed to forward a cert- <br />ified copy of this Resolution to the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire <br />Department, Inc. <br /> <br />Passed by the Counci I of the Village of Arden Hil Is <br />this 30th day of December, 1974. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />lotte McNiesh, <br />k-Adminlstrato~ <br /> <br />..,.:. <br /> <br />.4 <br />
