<br />r <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />. <br />, , <br /> <br />--. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />Sta,te of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey county, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ~ day of October <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1974 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen <br />Crichton, Olmen, Feyereisen, Wingert. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Councilman Wingert introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOL~ON NO. 74-35 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for consolidated Water Improve- <br /> <br />ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September <br /> <br />24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including install- <br /> <br />menta tl1ereof to be collected along with real est.ate taxes com- <br /> <br />mencing in 1969: and <br />
