<br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPROVAL OF PERMIT <br />APPLICATIONS FOR GARAGE SALES AT PRIVATE <br />HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 72-57 establ ishes permit <br />requirements for certain activities in the City of Arden HII Is, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to change the per- <br />mit approval requirement for garage sales at private homes, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills that effective August 26, 1974, permit appli- <br />catIons for garage sales at private homes shal I be approved by <br />the Pol Ice Chief and Clerk Administrator and shall not require <br />Council approval.
