WIngert <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Feverelsen <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-24 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1 <br /> <br />as last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on OCtober 5, <br /> <br />1973 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />, collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19741 and <br /> <br />I <br />
