Meetings where sensitive topics are being discussed, such as the details of real <br />estate negotiations, would remain closed to the public. The JDA Attorney has advised that open meeting <br />laws do not apply to JDA Advisory Committee meetings, so meetings are open to the public at the <br />discretion of the committee. The JDA Advisory Committee would like to bring this discussion to the JDA. <br /> <br />Attachment: <br />None <br /> <br />Action Requested: <br />Decide whether certain JDA Advisory Committee meetings will be open to the public. <br /> <br /> <br />
