<br />-. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetirtg <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnssota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 west Highway <br /> <br />96, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22 <br /> <br />day of J:uly <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1974, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, <br />Councl IllIen :Olmen, Feyerei:sen, Crichton and WIngert <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Feye re isen <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-20 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESS~lENTS RELATING TO WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 68-1 <br /> <br />as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was filed and certified <br /> <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6, 1969 for the <br /> <br />purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along <br /> <br />with real estate taxes commencing in 1970; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
