GOVERNING BODY: BOARD OF DIRECTORS Section 1. The governing body of the Authority is its Board of Directors. Each member is entitled to one director on the Board. Each director is entitled .to one vote for each. 5,000 of population or fraction thereof of the governmental unit represented by the director; provided, however, th~t. each. director shali .have at least one vote and no director'shall have . more than 20 vote's.
