Minnesota, on Monday the <br /> <br />29 day of Aprl I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1974. at 8:00 o'cloCk p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Crepeau, Crichton, Olmen, Feyerelsen, Wingert <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />CrichTon <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ..1.4=..1 7 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE J:T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improv~nt <br /> <br />No.1. as last finally amended and adopted on September 9. 1960, <br />. was filed and certified to the County Auditor of R'aInsey county <br />on October 26, 1960, for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1961r and <br />
