<br />. , <br />....'- ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />were adopted respectively on September 9, 1960 and October 12, 1961 <br />and were certified to the Ramsey County Auditor on October 26, 1960 <br />and November 17, 1961for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />respectively in the years 1961 and 1962, and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, with respect to strip No, 160-78, the 1973 <br />installments of assessments for Sanitary Sewer Nos. 1, 3, and <br />6 were respectively $1.68, $5.22, and $49.36, and, with respect <br />to strip No. 170-78, the 1973 installments of the assessments <br />for Sanitary Sewer Nos. 1 and 3 were respectively $1.48 and <br />$4.56, all such installments being due and owing in the year <br />1973 with subsequent installments also being due, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1973 real estate taxes, including the <br />aforesaid installments, due on strip Nos. 160-78 and 170-78 <br />are in the amounts of $273,72 and $36.48 respectively, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable that the aforesaid assess- <br />ments on said strips of land, including the installments thereof <br />due for the year 1973, be abated and that the Clerk-Administrator <br />make application for the abatement of the 1973 real estate taxes <br />thereon, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills that the entire assessments <br />existing against the aforesaid strips of land, including the <br />installments thereof due for the year 1973 and subsequent install- <br />ments, be and they hereby are in all things annulled, canceled <br />and aha ted. . <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator <br />be and she hereby is authorized and directed to submit a certified <br />copy of this Resolution to the Ramsey County Department of Property <br />Taxation for the purpose of showing the abatement of said assess- <br />ments upon its records. <br /> <br />BElT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator be <br />and she hereby is authorized and directed to prepare and submit <br />to the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation an Applica- <br />tion for Relief praying that the existing 1973 real estate taxes <br />against the aforesaid strips of land be annulled, canceled and <br />abated. <br /> <br />paased by the City Council of Arden Hills this 28th day <br />of January, 1974. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~!m~~ <br /> <br />~nariotte McN~esh, <br />Clerk-Administrator <br />
