Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Hollenhorst <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Olmen <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 73-44 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was <br /> <br /> <br />. filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on <br /> <br />October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof <br />
