<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden <br /> <br /> <br />Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this <br /> <br /> <br />resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of <br /> <br /> <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman C r I c hton , and upon <br /> <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Crepeau, Olmen, Crichton, Herrick <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
