".:J'~.f.;o <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AP;t>EOVING 1974 FIRE :PEOTECTION <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING EXECU- <br />TION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, <br />Inc. has in the past provided volunteer fire protection services <br />for the Village of Arden Hills and has the capability to continue <br />the performance of such services in the future, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the present Agreement between Lake Johanna <br />Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. and the Village ot Arden Hills <br />expires at 12: on 0' clock midnight on December 31, 1973, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire DepartmentI <br />Inc. has submitted to the Council of the Village of Arden HillS, <br />for its approval, a Fire Protection Service Agreement for the <br />calendar year of 1974, . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFO:RE, BE IT HEEEBY :RESOLVED by the Council ot <br />the Village of Arden Hills that the Fire Protectton Service Agree~ <br />ment by and between the Village of Arden Hills and the Lake' <br />Johanna. Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., dated and. to be effective <br />as of the 1st day of January, 1974, be and it hereby is approved <br />in all respects, and the Mayor and Clerk~Administrator be and <br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute the same on <br />behalf of the Village of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />BE IT ;FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-.1\dnlin:i:strator be. <br />and she hereby is authorized and directed to IOrW:ard a ce:rtUied <br />copy of this Resolution to the Lake .Tohanna Volunteer "Fire Depart~ <br />ment, Inc. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council of the Village oI Arden Hills. this <br />27th day of December, 1973. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ayor <br /> <br />"".~-" <br />
