<br />. <br /> <br />including installments thereof to be collected along with <br />real estate taxes commencing in 1971: and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- <br /> <br /> <br />assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Im- <br /> <br /> <br />provements Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at <br /> <br /> <br />which time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br /> <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said <br /> <br /> <br />resolution of said date, to be certified and filed in the <br /> <br /> <br />office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on December 30, <br /> <br /> <br />1970: and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of <br /> <br /> <br />property contained within said assessment roll as amended have <br /> <br /> <br />been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner: and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br /> <br /> <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each <br /> <br /> <br />original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br /> <br /> <br />conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br /> <br />Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be ex- <br /> <br /> <br />tended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> <br /> <br />thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in <br /> <br /> <br />the year 1971 and thereafter. <br /> <br />. <br />
