<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\... .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />of the Village Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk <br />Administrator is directed to publish. and mail notice that the <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />cI1":5eptember 6,: 1973 , at the Village Hall in the Village of <br />Arden Hills, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, <br />time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improve- <br />ment, the area proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assess- <br />ment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, and that <br />written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be <br />considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of <br />the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of <br />each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two <br />weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such <br />mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such <br />on the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner <br />whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners <br />of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings <br />basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless <br />he has requested in writing that the County Treasurer include <br />his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />Ho II enhorst <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: :all present, <br /> <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
