' <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />August 13, 1973 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota,was held in the Village Hall on August 13, 1973, at <br /> <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Meyor Crepeeu, CouncIlmen <br />Hollenhorst end HerrIck <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen CrIchton end Olmen <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />The Village Clerk Administrator presented to the Council the <br /> <br />proposed assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 72-1 prepared <br /> <br />by her with the assistance of the village consulting engineers as <br /> <br />directed by the Council on June 11, 1973, and reported that the <br /> <br />assessment roll is now on file in her office and open to public <br /> <br />inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Herrl ck <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Council of the Village of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for Water Improvement <br />No. 72-1 now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk <br />Administrator is directed to publish and mail notice that the <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />~.F+9.bAr 6 ,1973, at the Village Hall in the Village <br />of Arden Hills, at 7: 00 0 I clock p.m. The notice shall s';;:ate the <br />
