<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, the 11th day of June, 1973, at 8:00 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Olmen and Herrick; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilmen Hollenhorst and Crichton <br /> <br />Councilman olmen introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. /'S-"pS- <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br />DECIARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Water Improvement No. <br />72-1 of the Village of Arden Hills, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 102,700 and the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement <br />amount to $ 25,501 so that the total cost of the improvement <br />will be $ 128,201 and of this cost the village will pay $ <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br />
