<br />,... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.", <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSE~ <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.7oS--.:!1/' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRAY <br />FOX :ROAJ) 'AND :DUNLAP: STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has tendered a <br />Quit Claim Deed conveying its right and title to the North <br />50 feet of roadway designated "Gray Fox Road" to the <br />Village of Arden Hills, subject to certain restrictions <br />and conditions contained therein, which deed is dated <br />April 24, 1973, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roberts Construction ,Inc., a Minnesota <br />corporation, has likewise tendered a Quit Claim Deed <br />conveying its right and title to the South 10 feet of the <br />roadway designated "Gray Fox Road" to the Village of <br />Arden HillS, and the entire length and breadth of the <br />roadway designated "Dunlap Street" to the Village of Arden <br />Kills, subject to Kowalski Road, now known as Red Fox Road, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has approved the <br />engineering and technical aspects of Gray Fox Road and <br />Dunlap ,Street; the Village Attorney has approved the Quit <br />Claim Deeds tendered; and they both recommend the Village's <br />acceptance of these Deeds conveying title to the Village <br />of the rights-of-way of Gray Fox Road and Dunlap Street, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the ,Council of <br />the Village of Arden Hills that the Quit Claim Deeds tendered <br />respectively by the State of Minnesota and Roberts Construction, <br />Inc. be and they hereby are accepted and the lands conveyed <br />thereby be and they hereby are accepted by the Village for <br />street and utilities purposes,these lands to be hereafter <br />called "Gray Fox Road" and "Dunlap Street" and to be <br />operated, maintained, and repaired by the Village; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator <br />be and she hereby is authorized and directed to cause the <br />aforesaid Quit Claim Deeds, along with a certified copy of <br />this Resolution, to be recorded in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds in and for Ramsey County; and ' <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator <br />be and she hereby is authorized and directed to cause <br />certified copies of this Resolution to be forwarded to Mr. <br />John E. Daubney, Attorney for Roberts Construction, Inc.; <br />to Mr. Michael R. Moriarty, Special Assistant Attorney <br />General ; to Mr. J. D. Swan, Executive Secretary of the <br />
