<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. /?ff- / 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REVENUE SHAR- <br />ING TRUST FUND AND DESIGNATING THE <br />PURPOSES FOR WHICH IT MAY BE USED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills is entitled to <br />receive such revenue sharing funds as are allocated to it <br />by the U.S. Department of the Treasury pursuant to the pro- <br />visions of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of <br />1972 (Title I, Public Law 92-512), and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Act and the Regulations ad0pted pursuant <br />thereto (contained in 31 Code of Federal Regulations, Sub- <br />title B, Part 51) provide that the Village, upon receipt of <br />such revenue sharing funds, shall establish a trust fund and <br />deposit the revenue sharing funds therein, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has heretofore received two checks <br />representing revenue sharing funds to which it has been deemed <br />entitled for the entitlement periods January 1, 1972 through <br />June 3D, 1972 and July 1, 1972 to December 31, 1972, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the <br />Village of Arden Hills that there be and there hereby is <br />established a separate trust fund to be known as the "Revenue <br />Sharing Trust Fund" and the proper officers of the Village be <br />and they hereby are authorized and directed to cause said <br />Trust Fund to be set up on the records and ledgers of the <br />Village as a separate set of accounts into which there shall <br />be deposited all revenue sharing funds which the Village has <br />heretofore received or will hereafter receive. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monies in said Trust Fund <br />be appropriated in the manner, for the purposes, within the <br />time, and subject to the conditions and prohibitions set forth <br />in and required by the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act <br />of 1972 and Regulations adopted pursuant thereto as now consti- <br />tuted or hereafter amended. <br /> <br />Dated at Arden HillS, Minnesota, this 12th day of March, <br />1973. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~f/)~ <br /> <br />Char otte McN~es , , <br />Acting Clerk-Administrator <br />
