<br />WHEREAS, since that <e a number of parcels of property con- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />tained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed <br /> <br />by previous property owners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br /> <br />tract Where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br /> <br />by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that <br /> <br />the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor <br /> <br />against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br /> <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1972 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original <br /> <br />assessments as contained in said assessment roll of NOVember 8, <br /> <br />1971, against the following described property: <br /> <br />Original Assessment: <br /> <br />TRACT A <br />UNPLATTED LANDS SUBJ TO BSMTS <br />& HHYS AND EX W 406 FT PART <br />NLY OF CL OF HWY 393 OF 1m <br />1/4 OF SEC. 27, T 30, R 23 $10,777.23 <br /> <br />1) EX W 614.75 FT: PART <br />NLY OF HWY 6,94 OF m 1/4 <br />(SUBJ TO RDS & ESMTS) IN <br />SEC. 27, T 30, R 23 8,249.43 <br /> <br />Division No. 045589 <br /> <br />Apportionment: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2) PART NLY OF HWY 694 OF <br />E 208.75 OF W 614.75 FT OF <br />NE 1/4 (SUBJ TO RDS & BSMTS) <br />IN SEC. 27, T 30, R 23 2,527.80 <br />
