ARDEN HILLS. <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota is the fee owner of the <br /> <br />North 50 feet of the 60,foot wide roadway in the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, designated as "Gray Fox Road" which extends <br /> <br />from the West right-of-way line of Lexington Avenue North <br />to the West right-of-way line of Dunlap Street extended South, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills is desirous of having <br />the State of Minnesota release and convey its right to and <br />interests in said 50 foot wide portion of Gray Fox Road to <br />the Village, subject to the State:'s retention of an easement <br /> <br />for Ramsey County Ditch No. 12, <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the <br /> <br /> <br />Village of Arden Hills that the State of Minnesota be and it <br /> <br />hereby is requested to release and convey its interests in and <br /> <br />rights to the North 50 feet of Gray Fox Road, extending fr~ <br /> <br />the West right-of~way line of Lexington Avenue North to the <br /> <br />West right-of-way line of Dunlap Street extended South, subject <br /> <br />to its retention of an easement for Ramsey County Ditch No. 12, <br /> <br />as soon as it possibly can; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and!;"Acting Clerk- <br />Administrator be and they hereby are authorized and directed <br />
