<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HlLlS <br /> <br />RESOlUTtON No. 78-83 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ~he City of Arden Hills, by motion on <br /> <br />October 16, 1978, authorized the addition of Grey Fox Road, <br /> <br />be~ween Lexington Avenue and S.T.H. 5~ <0.6 mlies~ to the Arden <br />HI lis M.S.A. System, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ~he Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />requires that said action be formalized by resolution, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br /> <br />of Arden HI!ls requests that Grey Fox Road, between Lexington <br />Avenue and S.T.H. 51, be designated as part of the Arden Hills <br />M.S.A.
