WI"g.rt, Ro.ert Woodburft <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman WI" O.rt <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. iJi~ <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO TIONItENT OF <br />ASSESSNENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />SANITARY SEWER InPROVE~mNTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, <br />1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County, on October 28, 1970 for the purpose of including in- <br />stallments thereof to be colleoted along with real estate <br /> <br />taxes commencing in 1971: and <br /> <br /> <br />NHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- <br /> <br /> <br />assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br /> <br /> <br />ments Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which <br />
