CrIchton, Ward Hanson, James WIngert, Robert Woodbul"ft <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />COuncilman WIDgA~+ introduced the following resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ~ONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMEN'l'S RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />HillS, MinneSota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the asses$1llent roll for Consolidated Water <br />Improvements Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on <br />September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose <br />of including installments thereof to be collected along with <br />real estate taxes commencing in 1969; and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided andF <br />conveyed by previous property owners 7 and <br />
