<br />... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />May 22, 1978, a report has been prepared by the City Consulting <br /> <br />Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was <br /> <br />received by the Council on 0"+,,,1>.. po In <br /> <br />, 1978, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Consulting Engineer. <br /> <br />3. The city Consulting Engineer is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement.
