The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby autho- <br />rized and directed to ent:er into a contract with Forest Lake <br /> <br />contracting, Inc. for $53,751.60 in the name of the City of <br />Arden Rills for the above improvement according to the plans <br />and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City <br />COuncil and on file in the office of the City Clerk Adminis- <br /> <br />trator. <br /> <br />2.
