<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />which time assessments for Sanitary Sevier Improvement No. 1 were <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and cert- <br />ified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />Co~nty on September a, 1961; and <br />~rnEREAS, since that date a n~ber of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll as amended have been <br />divided and, conveyed by previous property owners; and <br />tVHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be <br />made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor <br />against each parcel of property thereafter, commencin~ with an <br />assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess- <br />ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 9, 1960, <br />and as amended as of August 3, 1961, against the following des- <br />cribed properties, <br />
